Target Enterprise Architect interview questions

Interview process is heavy on canned interview questions, and tends to focus little on the job at hand. Overall process took a couple weeks between screening interviews, onsite interview, schedule coordination. It was nice that the one onsite interview is the final interviewing step in the process and you have a chance to interview with several likely leadership colleagues.
