Easy interview process. Quick phone call with 5 questions about my work style and availability. Two in person interviews with managers. They made me wait about 30 minutes in the break room before the interview and asked situational based questions.

Initial phone screen and then was invited for an on-site interview with standard "what is your weakness/biggest strength" type questions. The most annoying part was having a specific interview time but since they bring in all of the candidates at once it ended up starting 30 minutes late.

Interview
First a brief screening over the phone, as long as your availability lines up you will be asked to come in for an interview. second interview is in-store typically with the team lead of your desired job. Third and final is an interview with the Executive team lead for the department in which you will be working. They will typically do a job offer on the spot if interested.
