I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Strongsville, OH)
Interview
This was many years ago, but the hiring manager who I interviewed with was approachable and asked standard questions I was expecting for the type of role I was interviewing for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard questions about expected work hours, conflict management, etc.
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
I applied online for a seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Target, completed one in-person interview focused on customer service and availability, and then waited for a hiring decision. I would research the company's values and how you can align with that.
