I first applied to this position in July on this year. I received an e-mail after, stating that all positions were filled and that I would receive a notice when a new position became available. Surprisingly, I did receive this e-mail in late September asking me to conduct a phone interview. The next week, the phone interview took place - in which I was asked three questions: 1) Why are you interested in Target? 2) Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? 3) Give me an example of your leadership experience. The next day I received a call to schedule an in-person interview with a store manager. 2 weeks later, this was conducted. interviewed with Recruiter on the phone. Next step is in person interview with the Business partner(district manager)and Store manager. I felt the interview went really well. They interviewed me very fast about 15-20 min. Either they made it fast, because they already had someone lined up for the position, or they they did not like something about me right away.
