In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.

Interview
The interview process can be intense to some. I had two interviews before I spoke with the DTL of that district. Some interviews consist of getting interviewed by up to three different STL all in the same interview day. After interviews the STL's will discuss how they felt about the interviews and then select who they will hire.
