I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Lakeville, MN) in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online for a department team leader position and during my 2nd interview the Store team leader said she would love to give me that position but won't because it would be a waste of my talents. She asked if instead I would be interested in an ETL position (1 step higher then what I was applying for). I of course said yes and she asked if I would come back in a couple days and re-interview with her for the new position. I assumed at that point that it would be a short process since she already said she wanted me for the position...NOT THE CASE. It's been 5 weeks since that first interview and I still have not received an offer and I have only had 1 other interview. The process is still on going so I'll update once it's complete.
