The first time was in the career fair which led to a more formal interview. They were basic behavioral questions. They are looking for certain type of people: energetic and talkative.

It was good; there were a lot of behavioral interview questions. They also want to know why you wanted to work at target and what you knew about the company: two interviews, both in-person—one with a campus recruiter and one with the district management.

I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Columbia, MO) in Sept 2016
Interview
Multiple interviews with the final one taking place in Minneapolis. Code test which was enjoyable. Nice city. They also had free water which was a plus. Not many interviews have water but this one did. I enjoyed that.
