Interview
The interview process consist of a phone interview and 2 back to back in person interviews followed by one additional phone interview. My process went differently as they were having trouble getting me schedule and I had to reschedule several times in the process. I had 2 initial phone interviews one in person and 2 additional phone interviews.

The most difficult question for me was "tell me about a time when you had to present a concern that a group was not comfortable with voicing".
In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.

multiple rounds of phone interviews and video calls. Questions centered around behavioral and situational. Interview at all levels with managers from store to regional level. questions were not hard but do require a lot of thinking and planned responses.
