I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Austin, TX) in June 2019
Interview
I applied online but didn't hear anything for two weeks. I then went into the store and asked guest services if they were still hiring, I talked to someone who scheduled me for an interview the next day. I had my first interview with the team leader and then right after they moved me to my second interview with the department executive. I was offered a job on the spot and was scheduled for orientation the very next day. My tip is to apply in person! It speeds up the process so much!
