I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Overland Park, KS) in Nov 2013
Interview
The interview process was a nightmare. After getting the run around for a week, they got me in for a second interview, which was face to face. The initial interview was done over the phone. Most of the questions asked during the face to face were "what if" questions. Although I didn't get a job offer, I was kind of relieved. Actually, I know that I was overqualified! The interview process seemed really unorganized and I couldn't even imagine what it would have been like if I got hired. The manager interviewing me mentioned that they had several team members leave so, they were looking to add more cashiers for the upcoming holidays. Hmm, I wonder why!?
