All applications are done online. Although they do have paper applications, this particular store refuses to give them out. The interview process consists of 2 or 3 interviews with a Team Leader(s) and an ETL (Executive Team Leader). If all three go well, you are hired and must complete a drug test. If you pass the drug test, you are told you must wear a red shirt (must have little to no graphics on the shirt unless it's Target related) and khaki pants. You are sent to a paid orientation. The video is boring, cheesy and doesn't relate to real life happenings in store.
