Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.

Very short multiple interviews with multiple managers and u must get the buyin from all managers to get the job. Most of the time it was hard to get all of the managers on the same page
