I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Eden Prairie, MN) in Feb 2012
Interview
Manager was very friendly and professional, when I inquired about employment. After applying via web, an interview was offered by the overnight manager shortly after (one week). The interview went GREAT! The manager I met with was very cordial, and interested in my qualifications and experience. We also made some small talk about each others backgrounds which was very pleasant. They offered me the job at the end of the interview, and had to submit to a drug test within 2 days, which was no problem. I then was put on schedule to work 2 weeks later.

What is your reason for no longer attending secondary education?
Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.
