I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2018
Interview
Easy, simple questions regarding your past work experience and the skills and things you can bring to this job. They ask you some scenarios on what you would do if faced and then ask you about the career you see with their company.
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
I applied online for a seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Target, completed one in-person interview focused on customer service and availability, and then waited for a hiring decision. I would research the company's values and how you can align with that.
