It was professional yet easy going. I enjoyed Alison and her will to understand and be firm in the companies wants. I had two interviews and heard back from them with in a week.

Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
