Interview
Two part.

In person...with Executive TEam leader and Human and Resource person.

Question 1
It isn't hard but.... "How would handle a guest who can't find a pair of shoes advertised in the paper?"
It was a simple online interview with 3 chances to record your response for each question. This was in 2021 so unsure if it is the same interview process in 2025.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Concord, NC)
Interview
We start with a phone interview with an HR team member, then it goes on to an in-person interview with a team leader and if they like you, you move up to an in-person interview with an Executive Team Leader. After that they'll either offer you the job or tell you why you didn't get the position.

Interview
You have to go through two interviews with 2 different managers to get hired at Target. It was nice having two different people interviewing to avoid bias. The questions they ask aren't difficult and help you explain your strengths and weaknesses.
