Virtual interview and video recording. It's really nice that HireVue (I believed that's how it's spelled), gives you 2 tries for each response. The person who listed the interview questions, thank you very much. It really helped prepared me for the interview! So I'll post the questions as well, there are 7 questions but I only documented 6.

A smooth, straightforward interview with simple, approachable questions. Demonstrating competence while emphasizing strong customer service carries far more weight than technical expertise. Keeping an upbeat, positive attitude from start to finish makes the entire process feel easier and leads to better outcomes.

The standout question was essentially, *“Tell me about a time you helped a customer and what you did to make the situation better.”*

It was virtual and they ask you about your skills and how you would handle certain situations and to explain your experiences if you've worked in similar fields and if you could say you would help the guests if they needed help
