Wait time to get interviewed took a while since they had scheduled many people that day. The Interview process itself was quite fast. The interview took place in front of the Starbucks in Target so there was a lot of noise and things going on around us.
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
digital experience, videos will be watched and then you will be quizzed at the end of the videos. you also watch videos on every position available so you have an understanding of the overall environment

Interview
Submitted an application on Workday - then to continue the hiring process I completed a virtual interview that asked questions in a "If a customer/What would you do" format - gave you opportunity to respond and explain yourself with a few retake abilities.
