The interview process was pretty easy and not too intimidating. The girl who interviewed me was mid 20s and was very kind. She ended up becoming my manager after I was hired and she really helped me learn and grow in my position. The questions were not too difficult or complicated - as long as you present yourself as friendly, open to learn, communicate well and seem like you would be a positive team member you will be fine in the interview. Bonus if you come prepared with good examples of customer service experience you have had in the past.

Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
