Star interview where you describe different situations you’ve been in and are asked about future hypothetical situations. 2 different interviews and offered on the spot. HR at my store said that if someone doesn’t get an offer immediately at the end of the 2nd interview, they didn’t get the job
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
