They asked me personal questions about my resume. Very personable and caring people. They asked me questions about work ethic and mind set towards life and working. They wanted to know who I was as a person and my goals in life.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
