I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was a very long process. Applied on line, several weeks of waiting, HR phone screen, one on one interviews with 4 different people, people I interviewed with were very nice and questions were situation/behavioral, wondered how some of the questions even related to the position. Then several more weeks of waiting before being contacted regarding an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were given credit for something you didn't do.
Tell me about a time when XYZ happened. Target ask a lot of Situation / Behavior / Outcome questions. If you know a current employee, ask them to provide you a list of questions they ask while interviewing or when they've been interviewed. Also, ask them to conduct a mock interview for you.

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and how did you correct it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Lancaster, PA)
Interview
Brutal! This was for a group of recently minted MBAs. We were brought in as a group of six. They made the environment highly "passive aggressive" and competitive. I've been an athlete all my life but was very uncomfortable in this experience.

Question 1
Can't recall many questions but all I could think about was getting out of there quickly. The culture was terrible. My sister worked at Wal Mart corporate and treated her like a queen.
