I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Bangor, ME) in June 2014
Interview
There were two interviewers: One a team leader the other an executive team leader. The interview with the team leader is usually a first look while the executive is the one to really get into the nitty gritty. However, Target will hire just about anybody, as long as you don't really freak them out.
i filled out the application and received a virtual interview offer shortly after. i was then called a few days later and offered a position on the electronics team despite that not being what i applied for. accepted anyway
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Rancho San Diego, CA)
Interview
Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.

Question 1
What do you know about the current generation of video game consoles?
It was a fairly standard interview process, where they asked you questions about yourself. They also gauged how much you knew about tech, since you would be aiding people buying electronic devices.
