Its all about situational questions. Everything they ask is tell me about a time when this happened....You have to be prepared to have great examples in past positions on how you handled difficult situations, completed tasks quickly, had to mentor employess, etc. Both the phone interview and the 1:1 consisted of about 4 of these types of questions with the only difference being that in the 1:1 the interviewer started by asking the questions of "tell me about yourself..." and "why do you want to work for Target?"

Once applying you will be reached out to by a recruiter then you will typically go through 2 more interviews after the recruiter before receiving a job offer. Of those 2 interviews one is typically conducted at the store level then one will be conducted at the district level before extending a job offer.
