Submitted online videos answering the interview questions. Questions aren't hard and you can rerecord yourself if you mess up and watch them over to make sure you sound okay. Having prior merchandise/retail experience is helpful in getting hired. Just be confident and you.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a one-way interview that was online through their own company platform. Nothing out of the ordinary but mainly consisted of questions such as "Tell me about a time you resolved conflict?" and things of that nature. They wanted to see how you would handle certain situations.
Filled out an online location then if you get an interview it’s starts virtual with a few scenario questions and if you pass that you’ll get an in person interview where they ask similar questions.
