Great virtual interview process! The generated questions weren’t complicated and the app also gave you time to respond. You would get an email or a call a day or two later, requesting that you come in for orientation. Now, I believe they do store tours to see if Target is a great fit for you and vice versus.

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
