I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Centennial, CO) in Oct 2020
Interview
Online interview - record answers to 3 interview questions. Don’t recall the exact questions but they were reasonable and mainly situational in nature. Typical interview questions I would say. I recall some changes to re-record but I believe they were pretty limited.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to deal with an angry or irate customer?
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

Question 1
What would you do if a guest asks help and your working on a timed task what do you do?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
