I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (San Diego, CA) in June 2015
Interview
Basic, no trick questions. Felt like they didn't really listen to my answers anyway just needed bodies in there quickly. They had two rounds right on the spot which was interesting. Right after, the ETL walked out and shouted "we found an operator!" To another ETL. I was there for about 3 hours. Took very long.
The interview process was simple. You answer questions on a kiosk first and then get called to interview in person. It was quick and not difficult at all. I recommend anyone to apply.

Interview
I did two interviews with someone from HR and then a manager immediately after. The questions were pretty basic and I was offered the job immediately after the second interview ended.
