I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2015
Interview
It was really brief and there was a lot of "scenario" questions like, "If this were to happen and something else happened at the same time, what would you do?" I urgently encourage you guys to do the STAR method with these types of questions.
On the side note, the recruiter (my interviewer) said I'll hear back a response from them a week later but after a week, they never emailed back so I emailed them what is my next step. The recruiter redirected me to someone but he said he didn't know why I was calling. What??

What do you think would make you a good fit for this role?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
