I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Saint Cloud, MN) in June 2024
Interview
It is an online interview, but rather than talking to a person, you record yourself answering questions on the screen. There are 5 or 6 questions, and you receive unlimited practice before the interview starts to be familiar with the technology. You also receive three redos per question for the actual interview and have two minutes before the first take starts so you can plan what you're going to say.

Question 1
One of the questions they asked was how I would approach helping a customer who looked as though they might need help with something.
Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
Online just a few video questions with no in person interview. It was also not live everything is pre recorded. Overall pretty easy and not too bad. Getting the job is mainly about availability
