Very long wait from the time of initial application to scheduled interview. It seems they make you wait to see if you are actually still interested when offered. They receive 1000s of applications per day, they are never hard up for candidates.

Question 1
What related experience I had working with clothes or in a retail environment
You had to video yourself answering the questions. And if you pass then they call you to come in for a in person interview. They will job offer you then, if they want you.
It is a two-part, in person interview. Mine were done both in the same day with two different leaders. Most questions were situational and personality based. They often read from standard questions.

Comfortable and easy. Asked a lot of questions but it almost felt like there was no wrong answer to the questions. I was hired on the spot. Was laid my first interview ever.
