The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in June 2011
Interview
Initial email from the Sr. Recruiter was prompt and friendly. Set up a phone interview which I had to reschedule and he was very accommodating. When we finally spoke the call lasted about 10 minutes. P guess I was not what they were looking for, got an email that afternoon stating they decided to pursue other candidates. But encouraged me to continue reviewing the job postings for future opportunities.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Syracuse, NY) in Jan 2012
Interview
2 Interviews. One with a group of people and one 1:1. Behavioral based questions about previous leadership experiences and what I would do in a certain situation. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes long. The 1:1 interview was more of a meet and greet, get to know you while the group interview was intense.
