I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2012
Interview
The interview process was really interesting. They ask fun and random questions, so if you can't think quickly it could be tough for you. Usually, the questions are fun and based on how you will respond versus what your actual answer is or if it's right/wrong. I feel like it's more about personality than anything else when it comes down to a Marketing position at Target Corp.
