The interview process at TCS typically consists of three rounds. The first round is a Technical Interview focusing on core concepts such as Java, Selenium, API testing (REST Assured), testing methodologies, framework design, and real-time project experience. This may include scenario-based and problem-solving questions.
The second round is a Managerial Interview, where project contributions, team collaboration, Agile experience, and communication skills are evaluated.
The final round is an HR discussion covering salary expectations, notice period, relocation flexibility, and overall fitment.
