It was one to one HR interview. The interviewer was cool and he started to go through my project works and few basic HR Questions. After he asked me questions in OOPS and some technical questions in IBM RAD. Also he is kind enough to answer few questions which i can't able to answer.

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
