Aptitude test (non-technical) followed by three rounds of interview
1st round - technical (1.5 hr) 1:1 interview, mostly on technical side questioning my learning during MBA, lasted for more than 1.5 hrs
2nd round - HR (1 hr) panel interview, question on my background and some HR question like what will be the reasons if you leave?
3rd round - technical + HR (2 hr) 1:1 interview, taken by delivery head, mostly focused on technical to grasp my skillset

Ask the same four questions in different ways. It is done thru teams, with web camera. A lot of waiting to see if you did well. They will not have their camera on.

3 rounds of interview followed by HR rounds. level of difficulty was increased from one level to another . Most of basics questions were asked followed by STAR type of questions. Questions related to management also asked.
