I attended as a immediate joiner for Selenium Automation.
You can clear the technical rounds if u have genuine experience and some google interview questions and answer preparation.
Questions form real-time experience. Concentrate on basics of your technology before appearing for interview.
Not much salary negotiations. They have their own fixed CTC range based on experience.
I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
Two rounds will be there
Technical round
Manager round
Both rounds happened on same day
So the process is one day only.
I got offer on same day.
