Firstly you need to attend it's written test which is the first step you need to qualify to step into the further rounds .i.e interview . Again this interview is of three sub rounds 1) tr 2) mr 3) hr . After delivering your best in your interview , within a very short Period of time u will recieve a congratulatory mail from them.
