Interview
I was referred by an former employee of TCS.
It was fro Production Support Role and they had scheduled it for 40+ positions.
On basis of skillsets, they had separated the whole lot of candidates and they started the process.
2 technical rounds with varied questions on unix / shell / perl etc along with grilling into depths of SQL.
They even asked us about performance tuning.
Last round was formal HR round with no negotiation of salary.
They suggested us to ask few questions if any regarding TCS when I asked about work culture and benefits.
HR then proposed salary structure and to which there was no negotiation as salary structure is fixed in TCS and it never changes.
After that HR congratulated me for being part of TCS and said that rest of formalities will be send via mail.

Question 1
Incident in previous project wherein you help resolve an outage or prevent it.
There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.

Not too hard. Basic programming questions. Prepare the resume properly. Data structures and algorithms . The HR interview focus on your strength and weakness. Overall it was not too difficult.

Interview
It was easy, Interviewer just asked me basic question on CS fundamentals, no DSA questions were asked. Interviewer was friendly and understanding, only one interview was held. Just be confident in what you answer.
