Interview
It was three tier process technical, management and HR. Took a test and it was first screening process to sieve through the applicants and second round was aptitude and last one is salary, not exactly negotiation but acceptance.

They would also ask some basic implementation on what your work was done and how did you implement that
There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.

Not too hard. Basic programming questions. Prepare the resume properly. Data structures and algorithms . The HR interview focus on your strength and weakness. Overall it was not too difficult.
