They don't have to give any aptitude test
Two panel members including one from HR and one from Technical background reviewed my CV and they wanted to know about my learning capabilities

Ranging from personal background to all the subjects of engineering.
There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.

It was easy, Interviewer just asked me basic question on CS fundamentals, no DSA questions were asked. Interviewer was friendly and understanding, only one interview was held. Just be confident in what you answer.
