Apti then communication then face to face interview technical and hr all round are easy basic oops question , sql queries and project related questions ..basic hr question like introduction , why tech Mahindra ,after 5 years
Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
