Very easy straight to the point, asked about work experience and was asked to mention examples of customer service experience situations. And mentioned examples from other jobs to help me gain valuable knowledge.
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a phone screening where basic questions about my experience and availability were discussed. This was followed by an in-person interview with the department manager, where I was asked more detailed questions about my knowledge of lumber products and sales techniques. The final step was a brief meeting with the store manager to discuss company culture and expectations.
