Very easy interview. They ask basic questions about start dates, availability, and personal information. Then they have you fill out forms and run a background check. Very streamlined process usually you can go from interview to starting within a week.

Easy....mostly interested in your ability to be regularly on time with consistant attendence. My construction experience helped immensly in my position as Sales Associate in gthe hardware department. I becamr the highest paid associate in that department in just two years with 3 salary increases.
