I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was very professional, pleasant and detail-oriented. Albeit the questions were standard, the conversation form of this interview was very productive. I appreciated how my respect was reciprocated . . . I saw that the interviewer was dealing with a few customers and chose to wait respectfully and she was appreciative of my patience.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Totowa, NJ) in June 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward, focusing mainly on understanding benefits and basic expectations. It felt more like an orientation than a traditional interview, with an emphasis on introducing the role and responsibilities.
Simple questions asking about your life, why you’re here, have you had any other experience in this area. Nothing technical, just making sure you are who you say you are and can work as a team.

Interview
Good interview. The interviewer was very nice and respectful. Standard questions and nothing that would be unexpected. I would be happy to have a similar interview again in the future if I apply again.
