Interview
It was a little to long some questions didn't seem necessary. Then the process kind of took to long it was just crazy.then to get hired it took forever for them to call you back I know they get busy to but just didn't make any sense

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Keller, TX) in July 2022
Interview
Asked questions about lifting restrictions and schedule. Then you fill out a form online for them to do a background check. Then you do a drug test using the saliva swab.
Easy. To the point. Started with a talk with the HR rep followed by a hiring Manager. Normally an assistant store manager does this. Questions where easy to answer and the overall situation was laid back.
Easy behavioral type questions throughout the whole interview. Casual laid back process throughout every step. No need to stress over the interview. HR manager just asked for experience and that pretty much sealed the deal.
