Interview
Over the course of the hiring process 2 interviews were conducted. The first interveiwer asked me about some of the reasons why I was a good canidate for the job and he also asked me about some different work scenarios that I had been in. The second interviewer asked me about my previous experience and she gave me a choice of different positions that were available.

Interview
Asked questions about lifting restrictions and schedule. Then you fill out a form online for them to do a background check. Then you do a drug test using the saliva swab.
Easy. To the point. Started with a talk with the HR rep followed by a hiring Manager. Normally an assistant store manager does this. Questions where easy to answer and the overall situation was laid back.
Easy behavioral type questions throughout the whole interview. Casual laid back process throughout every step. No need to stress over the interview. HR manager just asked for experience and that pretty much sealed the deal.
