Interview
The initial interview was kept to around a half hour and consisted of work experience questions as well as behavioral questions. A typical question asked about a time when team building was implemented into your job, or describe a time when you had a disagreement with another coworker and how was the situation handled.

Describe a weakness or previous experience where the expectations for job performance and the completion of a task were not in alignment and what has been done for correction?
just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

Interview
The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
