I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Home Depot
Interview
The process is a N+2 style. This means that they "need" to interview 3 people for one position. The "need" is because the management team will probe the staff to find who is interested. If the person they prefer first seems/says they are, then they will just fill the other 2 interview slots. This sort of pre-selection is overlooked from the higher ranking management outside the Store level. The interview questionnaire is set-up to explain why you should be considered for the position. But the answers are calculated due to subjective feeling from the interviewing manager.
