Interviewer asked about availability, work background, and explained the roles that they were hiring for. It followed with behavioral questions about customer service, teamwork, and how to solve problems that you are not familiar with. Interviewer asked if I had any questions.

Very short and informational process, they want to make sure you fit the bill personality wise when you are engaged with making a conversation or sale with a customer seeking information in a would approach would you take kind of manner.

it was short and they don't even care about experience, they make you go somewhere so far to do a drug test and if you get injured? guess what? DRUG TEST. I dont have a problem with it but its all so inconvenient.
